These terms govern your use of ThirvuBiz. By creating an account you agree to them.
ThirvuBiz lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business Account and use our web and mobile applications to send and receive messages, manage contacts, run campaigns and automate replies. Message delivery is performed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy, and specifically:
Under Meta's rules the sending business owns the consent and the content. Meta may restrict or ban a WhatsApp number that breaches its policies; that decision is Meta's, not ours, and we cannot reverse it.
Platform fees are billed in advance for the cycle you choose and are exclusive of GST. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta, are separate from your plan fee, and are billed on actual usage at Meta's rates with no markup added by us. Meta may revise those rates at any time. The one-time setup charge is payable once, at the start, and is non-refundable.
You may upgrade at any time; the difference is charged pro-rata for the remaining cycle. Downgrades take effect from the next cycle. Boosters are billed alongside your plan and can be cancelled from the next cycle.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and Meta platform incidents may interrupt it. Support is provided over WhatsApp, phone and email during business hours; platform upkeep, API version updates and bug fixes are included.
Your contacts, conversations and templates belong to you and can be exported at any time, including if you leave. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the customer data you upload and message.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which fees remain unpaid. You may close your account at any time; see our data deletion instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and notify account holders by email of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
