Privacy Policy

A product of Thirvu Soft Private Limited · Last updated 22 September 2026

ThirvuBiz is a WhatsApp Business API platform. Businesses use it to connect their own WhatsApp Business Account and to send, receive and manage conversations with their customers. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

Thirvu Soft Private Limited, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. For any privacy question or request, write to core@thirvusoft.co.in or message +91 63790 44767.

Data we collect

From the business using ThirvuBiz:

About that business's own customers, on the business's behalf:

Our mobile app

The ThirvuBiz app for Android and iPhone opens the same account as the website. On your phone it uses only the following, and only when you use the feature that needs it:

The app does not read your phone's address book, SMS, call history or location, and it contains no advertising or tracking SDKs. Payments made in the app are handled by our payment gateway.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data. We do not use message content for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models — except where a business explicitly enables an AI feature inside its own account, in which case the message is sent to that feature's model provider solely to generate that business's reply.

Our role

For a business's own account data we act as the data controller. For the customer data that a business stores and messages through ThirvuBiz, we act as a processor on that business's instructions — the business decides what is collected and for how long.

Who we share it with

Retention

We keep account and conversation data for as long as the business's account is active. After an account is closed we delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data within 90 days, except records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens and passwords are stored encrypted or hashed. Access to production data is restricted to staff who need it to operate the service.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Your contacts, conversations and templates belong to you and can be exported at any time, including if you leave. If you are the customer of a business that uses ThirvuBiz, contact that business first, as they control your record; if you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on or act on it directly where we are able to.

Deleting your data

Step-by-step instructions are on our data deletion page.

Children

ThirvuBiz is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
